How long does a website take?
A one-page site takes 7 to 10 working days, a business site 2 to 3 weeks and an online shop 4 to 5 weeks. The clock starts once your brief is in, and it moves faster when your photos and words are ready.
Do I need my own domain and hosting?
Yes, and they stay in your name. If you don't have them yet, José helps you set them up during the project. The domain and hosting are paid to the provider, separately from your package.
What if I don't have photos or text yet?
That's normal. The brief asks what you have. José can write your page text from your answers and suggest suitable stock photos, and you can swap in your own any time.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Every site is built so you can change text, prices and photos yourself, and the business site and online shop come with a short video showing how. Or add website care and José makes the edits for you.
What if I don't like the first design?
That's what your rounds of changes are for. Tell us what feels off and José reworks the direction before anything is built.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout. Prices are in US dollars, with EC$ shown as a guide.
Who owns the website?
You do, once the project is paid in full: the design, the words and photos you supply, and the domain registered in your name.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel before work on your brief starts, you get a full refund. After that it depends on how far the project has gone. The terms explain how it works.
Can you redesign my current website?
Yes. Pick the package closest to what you need and mention your current site in the brief. José keeps what works, such as your address and search rankings, and moves your content across.
Do you write the text?
You know your business best, so the brief asks for the basics. José turns your answers into clear page text, and you approve every word before launch.
Will my site show up on Google?
Every site is set up with SEO titles, descriptions and a sitemap, and connected to Google Search Console so Google can find it. Ranking takes time and depends on competition, so nobody can promise a position.
What is website care?
A monthly plan that keeps your site updated, backed up and checked for security problems, with small edits included. It costs $49 a month or $490 a year, starts at launch and can be paused or cancelled any time.
Can I add pages or products later?
Yes. You can add them yourself, or ask for a quote. Website care clients can send small changes from their project page.
